Interview Coaching

How to master the interview

8 Lessons Intermediate

About this course

Interview coaching is a way for job seekers to prepare for and feel more confident about upcoming interviews. Career coaches and career service offices offer interview coaching sessions in which a job seeker meets with a professional interview coach to learn interview strategies.

H-TRAINING has been assisting candidates to prepare for interviews for almost thirty years and we bring a broad range of experience to this process.

As unfair as it may appear, an interview is a performance and you must prepare yourself to perform and demonstrate your abilities on the day in order to get the best chance of selection.

The good news is that, like any performance, you can train and improve.

Competency 4. Strategic Planning

Strategic planning is an organisational management activity that is used to set priorities, focus energy and resources, strengthen operations, ensure that employees and other stakeholders are working toward common goals, establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, and assess and adjust the organisation's direction in response to a changing environment. It is a disciplined effort that produces fundamental decisions and actions that shape and guide what an organisation is, who it serves, what it does, and why it does it, with a focus on the future. Effective strategic planning articulates not only where an organisation is going and the actions needed to make progress, but also how it will know if it is successful.
