Management Consultancy Services

Our services span each stage of this process. From developing an existing or new team to help deliver or identify your organisation’s mission and vision, strategic plan and business objectives, all the while ensuring you work effectively within the existing legal framework.

These services help to ensure that there is a clear link between your recruitment and selection policy, performance management system and learning & development approach. It is a well established platform for providing your team with the opportunity to contribute fully to your organisation.

Interview Coaching

As part of these services we will identify the current critical competencies that are essential for each role and level of leadership in your organisation and will develop a gap analysis based upon this.

We will then work with your organisation to develop the competencies. This is approached through coaching and workplace application. Modules included at this stage carry unit certification and that may be combined to provide fully accredited programmes in leadership and management

We can then assist you to identify and agree upon the technical and behavioural competencies essential to your organisation and apply this to your Recruitment and Selection stage. We will then accordingly develop a recruitment process and provide aptitude and behavioural analysis tools to support this.

We will then continue to work with you in developing a performance management and development process that will build upon the technical and behavioural competencies previously identified.

Strategic HR Services

H-TRAINING has established itself as a dynamic provider of strategy driven and integrated talent management. This service includes examining and developing processes in the following areas to ensure they support your larger Business Strategy.

Working in partnership with your organisation H-TRAINING provides an integrated HRM service for each stage of the employee cycle. Our service ensures that there is a continuous link between recruitment, performance management, learning & development, leadership development and succession planning.

We begin by identifying the technical and behavioural competencies essential to your organisation and then apply these findings to the Recruitment and Selection process. A tailored recruitment service is also available that includes aptitude tests, behavioural analysis tools, interview management or interview board training.

Once your team is established we can further develop or review your induction process to identify critical aspects for the new recruits successful integration into the organisation.

Form here we work with you to develop your Learning & Development process. A training needs analysis is conducted to identify learning support and enable staff to perform in their roles. Learning interventions are conducted through coaching and workplace application.

Modules at H-Training carry unit certification that may be combined into fully accredited programmes in leadership and management at first line, middle and senior levels. Further more all of our programmes come with DISC Classic profiles and working together reports. We have found that integrated development greatly supports employee engagement, and increases the likelihood of retention as the development focuses specifically on application within each role.
