Ciarán is a Professional Workplace Coach and Mentor, with a passionate interest in developing others and a track record for realising excellence. He has worked extensively across both the private and public sectors and more recently in the area of tech and start ups. With a background in politics and leadership psychology Ciarán brings a very dynamic energy to leadership and coaching. He zeros in on the difficult conversations that people aren’t having and supports teams and organisations to better understand what they are capable of and how to collaborate on holding each other accountable.

With a background in politics and leadership psychology Ciarán brings a very dynamic energy to leadership and coaching. His approach has garnered a lot of traction recently amongst some emerging tech start ups that he has assisted to develop strategically both in terms of leadership and methods for monitoring this progress such as OKRs.
By facilitating engagement through his ongoing fascination with political, business and social icons, Ciaran’s development approach is client-focused. He is an advocate for people but carefully facilitates them to accept more responsibility for the challenges they face.
In his capacity as Managing Director of H-Training Ciarán has assumed
strategic responsibility for growing and developing the business.
He has studied Software Development as part of H-Training’s strategic shift towards online delivery and content development and is a SaaS evangelist along with being deeply excited and passionate about the many opportunities he sees in an ever changing world where AI and Blockchain continue to revolutionize our turbulent world.
Ciarán holds a BA in English and Politics and a Masters in Political Leadership from University College Cork where he was awarded Best Dissertation and Politics MA Student of the Year. He is also a qualified Coach and Mentor with ILM and is currently upskilling in affiliate marketing and SEO . His greatest passion lies in pushing people to think bigger and not accept the limitations they impose upon themselves.
Margaret Collins is a Human Resources Professional and Leadership facilitator with over twenty years’ experience. She is a registered Emotional Intelligence Coach and is passionate about helping others unlock their leadership potential. She has managed diverse teams and developed people to excel in their work roles.
Having achieved a first-class Masters in HRM in 2018, Margaret is now leveraging her extensive background in HR Strategy and Business Development, consulting in the design and, implementation, of HR and Talent Management initiatives along with interview coaching and Career Development
Elizabeth Kingston is a HR Consultant, EQi & EQ360 coach with over twenty years’ experience as a Senior Human Resources Manager working at a number of leading multinationals. She has considerable experience in the areas of industrial and employee relations, employment law, performance management, people development and training. Elizabeth’s particular areas of expertise are leadership development, employment legislation, change management, best practice competency-based performance management, one to one coaching and talent management. Elizabeth is a CIPD and IITD member.
