Ciaran is the Managing Director of H-Training and operates as a Strategic Consultant, Corporate Trainer and interview Coach. He has extensive experience of competencies, has worked successfully with a host of candidates at all levels to deliver at interview. He has also trained a series of interview boards and advised organisations on their recruitment strategies and supported boards interviewing across both the public and private sectors. Ciaran’s approach is to build honest relationships that support real conversations and build peoples confidence in their abilities.
