Typically an hour, but we extend this with the more senior package as there is more to go through.
No. This is a partnership approach where we provide guidance and direction, but the onus is on our clients to support the work by making their own decisions and follow up.
No. People come to us at different stages of their journey. Some move directly into new roles, while others return to education or indeed secure a stepping stone role. We feel very strongly that it is important not to get hung up on any of the perceived obstacles. There is a way, we just need to find it.
